My Dear Friends, Voters and Supporters,

With the outcome of the unacceptable City Council election results, I approached the LA RR/CC with my staff for observation today, June 5, 2019. I was shocked to see that the flawed MTS vote count machine was once again used to count the ballots.

This is the same obsolete machine that I fought in 2018 Congressional Election that was not federally certified that I contested for incorrect vote count. This is the same very old and obsolete DOS based vote count machine that I fought against in 2018 which can be easily manipulated, easily accessible and can be easily compromised. Out of 7,300 votes that we received the defective MTS machine counted ours to be around only 400 votes in this campaign which is obviously bogus and unacceptable to a common man of the street in CD12. I spoke with hundreds of people today who rejected the results as false and fabricated and a serious blow to democracy.

This is exactly what I am fighting for. Fighting for people’s rights, fair elections, true democracy, integrity and clarity.

Such changes require constant vigilance and battling for ultimate victory for the people. This obnoxious and defective count of around 400 votes for us in this city council election will only make the force of my voters and supporters only grow stronger by the day.

I want to thank all of you who I met on the streets, to all of you who shouted my name and waived at me and shook hands with me. To all of you who voted for me, don’t be disheartened, we will overcome this as I continue to fight on. To all of you who follow and like my posts on social media, I value your web presence and support. To all the phone calls that I received today from those who are disturbed and lost faith in the election system, I say we will fight on, fix this and soon claim our victory with an overwhelming majority.

Thousands of people from all walks of life voted for me and fabricating a low vote count of around 400 votes is making a mockery out of democracy. This deplorable attempt of labeling us with 400 votes to diminish our strength will only make us stronger, because the power of people ultimately defeats prejudice, unfairness and injustice.

Upon my visit and questioning today at the LA RR/CC, I was informed that the old MTS machine is set to expire on December 31, 2019 and will be replaced by the new modern system.

I want to remind you that, I am the candidate for 2020 federal elections, and you will see a lot more of me fighting for our victory, and for our true democracy. I will continue to fight for your rights and for your future, because I care, I can, and I will serve you better.
